REFUND POLICY.

We do not offer refunds unless an item arrives faulty or damaged. If you receive a product that is defective or damaged during transit, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue. Once we’ve reviewed and approved your claim, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund.

DELIVERY, SHIPPING & FAQ'S.

DELIVERY TIME

 

We aim to ship all orders on the same or next working day.

Our Express Delivery option should allow you to receive your order within 1-2 working days.

Our Standard Delivery option should allow you to receive your order within 3-5 working days.

​

For the best chance of delivery on the next working day, we recommend ordering by 11am to make delivery cut-off times.

TRACKING & LOST PARCELS

​

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email from us to track your parcel with a tracking number. If you cannot access your tracking, please contact us and we will help you locate it.

​

If a parcel is lost or damaged during transit, we will send a replacement free of charge.

​

If the delivery has been confirmed by the courier but you do not have your parcel, please contact the relevant shipping provider with proof of non-delivery.
